Russian boxer Provodnikov loses to American Bradley in title fight

Russian Ruslan Provodnikov lost to American Timothy Bradley in the fight for the world title according to the World Boxing Organization (WBO) version in the weight category up to 66.7 kg. The battle, which took place in California, the home state of Bradley, lasted full 12 rounds. The Champion won on a unanimous decision - 114:113, 114:113, 115:112.

The fight occurred with a slight advantage to the Russian boxer, and Bradley got himself knocked down at the end of the last round, but all three judges gave preference to the American. Bradley has not lost a single fight, winning the 30th bout in his career. Provodnikov suffered his second defeat in 24 fights.
